Blossom Inc. is a children’s charity based in Guyana, South America. It was registered in 2014 and founded with two main goals:
1. To support the child protection system in Guyana.
2. To support children and families affected by trauma.
The decision to work in this area developed because our founder recognized from talking with professionals, businesses, adults and children that a lot of trauma and traumatic experiences were present in people’s everyday lives and acknowledged that this must have an impact on raising children. We work with children and families in difficult circumstances to help them build a better future.
We knew that the best way to do this was to form strategic partnerships and work collaboratively with businesses, communities, families and government.
